• Leadership: He has held leadership roles, including serving as the Honorary Secretary and Treasurer on the board of the Society of Periodontology Singapore (SPS).

• Teaching: He held a part-time faculty position at Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) and was involved in teaching Invisalign at NYU at DDS programm..
